I designed and built GlueDart 7, a cutting-edge glue gun featuring an electric motor extruder. The compact case was crafted with precision to accommodate a standard 7 mm glue stick. All plastic components were expertly printed using a 3D printer, leveraging the durability of ABS material. To power this innovative tool, I repurposed a ceramic heater from my old printer, which now operates efficiently at just 5 volts, delivering a robust 7 watts of power. This clever design enables GlueDart 7 to perform flawlessly and consistently.
