Gluestick Peg Holder

Gluestick Peg Holder

For #3DPrintingDay 2016 I wanted to share a few designs that have helped me out with 3D Printing. Mostly, it's about having a place for everything I use. I use a lot of glue stick on any day when PLA is involved...which is alot of them. I wanted to make a little holder to put inside my Da Vinci Pro 3-in-1. It's pretty discrete, which is nice. And I just used water washable glue to stick it to the bed. That way, I can always remove it and the printer doesn't look like I glue something to it. If you want a tighter snug to the peg, I would print it 5-10% larger. Try 105% first, I personally have not printed this at a bigger size. The 100% version is just a simple peg for the glue stick to stand up on Happy #3dprinting! Get it printed at our 3DHub: https://www.3dhubs.com/boston/hubs/ag3d-printing Print Settings Printer: Da Vinci Pro 3-in-1 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.20 mm (Medium) Infill: 20% Notes: Printed in Hatchbox PLA (http://amzn.to/2gZQIBc), on a bed of blue tape and glue stick (ironically)
