GM (2007 Silverado 1500) Folding Mirror Gear Print gear using nylon at 260c, .2mm layer height with.4mm nozzle. Super glue to shaft in same location as OEM gear. Run motor in housing using 12vdc without worm gear engaged with main gear (i.e. Remove the main gear), this will break in the new nylon gear nicely. Be sure to run in forward and reverse directions and in the housing (the housing centers the gear with the motor worm gear).
