GM Screen Condition Ring Hooks

I designed this to hang from my DM Screen when playing D&D, in order to easily see and access the condition rings during combat. It's a simple concertina mechanism that expands and contracts as you see fit. you can add more hooks and expand longer by printing off additional 5xHole and 5xPole parts.
