this is the final dimensions of my speaker arms that house tectonic tebm35c10-4 BMR drivers, these are cheap and easily available.

for those in UK, can be purchased here: https://uk.rs-online.com/web/p/speaker-drivers/1345563

this started as a remix of the arms from Knowpistons files here but there's only a few edges left of the original design: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4945684

the ‘arms’ now connect by 20mmx3mm N52 strong magnets, only a dab of gorilla gel super glue is needed to hold them strong to the design, make sure you glue magnets in both brackets and the arms so they attach and not repel!! - please see pictures for printing tips.

the design should allow a stress free install, with ample space to thread your sacrificed 3.5mm to RCA cable through the arms themselves to either crimp or solder onto the tectonic drivers-
big spade is audio channel, little is ground, check your 3.5mm aux cable terminal with multimeter to confirm you are wiring correctly.

with the arms wired and connecting without having to screw or thread through the brackets, this allows speakers to be quickly removed and transferred between headsets or head straps.

i've printed with CHEPS extra fast and hyperfast profiles for cura slicer- in the case of kiwi elite brackets this changes the fitment, so I've attached both files to save you a remix.

so far I have pico neo 3 link headset, both front mounted for replacing the DP cable clip and having the speakers on a pivot- for sim racing, not jumping around, for jumping around, there is a straight down mount also made.

for quest 2, I have kiwi elite strap made, with pivots for front mount, this is open to remix should you want straight down and better positioning for ears.

also on quest 2, bobo M2 Plus halo headstrap- this one is tricky, the video below will show the tradeoffs by using this headstrap- its too many adjustments and ways to fit and wobbly ( not my fault! )

stls and step files attached, speaker arms are stl only as worked on with tinkercad- but these do not need to be changed.

MIRROR in slicer where applicable to make a pair as pictures show.

For understanding on the design please check my youtube video here, and previous videos on that channel about the design idea and improvements over the remix:

<oembed url="https://youtu.be/0GOOqeIj4PM"></oembed>
