Gnevko's UMO+ Upgrade

thingiverse

Hi! I just finished my small project - upgrade UMO+ to my own designed 3D printer. Of course I tried to reuse all possible parts from UMO+, especial electronic parts and stepper motors. But I think it's also possible use the parts from other 3D Printers or just by it on Ali. It will take some time to prepare all necessary information and printed parts to publishing. What you need to have: 1) 20x20mm Alu Profiles with following sizes: 4 x 310mm 4 x 337.5mm (don't ask me why :) ) 4 x 400mm 2) A lot of M3 8mm screws 3) Alu tubes (to hold 8mm shafts for X and Y axуs in place) with 8mm inner diameter and following lengths: 3 x 15.05 mm 2 x 12.7 mm 1 x 32.2 mm 1 x 13.4 mm 1 x 2.8 mm What you need to print: 1) the files start with 'PART1' prefix - eight top corners for X and Y axis (actually the main parts of this design). 2) the files start with 'PART2' prefix - for the mounting of two Z shafts. Attention: print the file 'PART2 - Z Bottom shaft connector left&right.stl' twice. 3) the files start with 'PART3' prefix - for the X, Y and Z motors mounting. 4) the files start with 'PART4' prefix - for X and Y end stop mounting. 5) the files start with 'PART5' prefix - for the bottom corners. The files need to be printed 4 times each. 6) the files start with "PART6' - extruder mount and other small stuff. The parts from other people: 1) Ultimaker 1 Heated Bed Z-Stop https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:863389 2) E3D Ultimaker 2, 2+ Upgrade Conversion Kit https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1934309 3) ultimaker 2 fan duct 40mm e3d https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2062159 4) E3D-v6 Fan Duct https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:340312 5) TwisterBlocks https://www.youmagine.com/designs/twisterblocks To be continue ...
