Its a wheel I made when I was bored. The diameter of the wheel is 150mm, with 50mm for the size. The hole is 10mm. I made this when I was a bit bored and wanted to know how long it would take. I made sure the overhang never exceeds 45 degrees. Instructions WARNING! THIS PROJECT IS HUGE!The project will take over 100cm³ of material and will take at least 1 day to print!Please dont hold me responsible if the reprap fails during build. You can make it on a conventional reprap, not on a makerbot. The G-code supplied with skeinforge: On the X axis, the extrusion starts at -78 mm and ends at 78 mm, for a width of 156 mm On the Y axis, the extrusion starts at -77 mm and ends at 77 mm, for a depth of 154 mm On the Z axis, the extrusion starts at 0 mm and ends at 55 mm, for a height of 54 mm The average feedrate is 10 mm/s, (597 mm/min). The extruder speed is 210 The extruder temperature is 230-235 The extruder was extruding 94% of the time. The extruder was toggled 4684 times. The extrusion width is 0.6 mm. The following procedures have been performed on the skein: carve inset fill speed raft clip The layer thickness is 0.4 mm. The text has 253023 lines and a size of 8318.0 KB. The total build time is 102650 s. The total distance extruded is 955077 mm. The total distance traveled is 1020652 mm. The volume extruded is 206 cc.
