God Fire Convoy Super God Sword

This is a kit to make a replica of the Super God Sword that was included in the God Fire Convoy giftset from Car Robots. It's not exact but it's the best I could do with reference pictures. There are 2 versions of the upper and middle parts of the blade. One is static, meant to be put together and never taken apart. The other utilizes a 5 mm port and post so the upper blade can be used as a weapon by other figures. All the parts are meant to be printed with the long side vertically aligned. The handle, hilt and lower blade have 4.2 mm holes sized for reinforcement with an appropriately sized wire or rod. I used length of rod scavenged from a metal coat hanger. Make sure to glue the rods in place for best reinforcement. A small machine screw may also be used to reinforce the tab on the bottom of the lower blade piece that inserts into the hilt. The guard piece needs to be printed twice to properly make the entire hilt of the blade.
