(Acetone removes the markings nicely. Nail polish is too weak.) - Print the fingers on their side, they don't overhang too much and this gives them the strength they need from the print direction. - I used 3/32" TIG rod as the hinge, you should be able to use a piece of coat hanger wire instead.
