Adds a neck swivel to the Powered Zenon form. The two pegs slot in to the hooks that the helmet would peg into, and then the helmet slides on to the flat piece. I suggest rotating the joint a few times to get it loosened up, it can be easy to accidentally push the helmet off when trying to rotate the joint.
