This is a cover that clips on to a Samsung Galaxy S4 phone, when you want to use it as a Daydream controller emulator. https://developers.google.com/vr/daydream/controller-emulator The controller emulator software provides you with a virtual touchpad and virtual buttons on the screen of a secondary phone. Unfortunately, if you are actually using your phone in a headset for Daydream, you can't actually see the screen of this secondary phone; this makes it hard to find the outlines of the touchpad and buttons. This clip-on case makes that somewhat easier. It also has little indented markers to distinguish the App button from the Home button, although really the position usually suffices for this.
