I didn't like the options I saw for mounting my Google Home to my wall and I didn't want to add new holes beside my power plugs. This design solved the problem. You may or may not need to add 2 sided gum tape. https://www.staples.ca/products/37748-en-staples-reusable-adhesive-putty-56-g-blue or something similar behind where the Google Home is mounted to ensure it stays flush to the wall, or you can drill or design a hole in this, but as is, should be good to go. It was for me.
