Decided to try my hand at making a custom set of goose call guts. I am quite pleased with how they came out and sound pretty good with minimum airflow needed in my custom delrin call. you will want to stand the call up on end in your slicer before printing, and use high detailed layers... i printed the tone board solid with 1.2mm perimeters and the wedge at 20% infill with the tone board having supports. I also included my 123d files if you want to change the angles of the taper on the tone board and wedge Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Hictop i3 Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Yes Resolution: .4mm nozzle .1mm layer height Infill: 100 and 20 Notes: be sure to stand it up on end Post-Printing
