Decided to replace the broad knowped deck with a slim plywood deck. So I designed a new Fender Brake :) Test rode the Knowped and the fender brake works fine. Instructions First, got to get a scraper (like the one in the middle: https://www.custom-encaustics.com/store/catalog/images/scraper%203.jpg). Remove the stainless steel part from the handle. I used the scraper as the part to directly contact with the tire. To prevent the scraper from making noise due to vibration, stick a heavy duty double-side tape between scraper and Brake_Top. Have included an exploded view with the BOM, it's an image in the gallery.
