Gopher Snake

This snake had eaten recently and was making best use of the late sun to aid in a speedy digestion. From the fact that the head and the tail are both in the unseen hole with the head beneath the tail. I suspect that it had come back out and moved its head back in while warming what it can before the cool of the night. I just walked slowly around it slowly and silently took my 30 shots.
