Often I wished I could attach accessories to my X-Lite Pro, e.g. a GoPro or a smartphone. So I just made a prototype. The construction is based on the original FrSky neck strap brace, to which I screwed a 3D-printed GoPro adapter. Unfortunately, the whole thing was extremely unstable due to the soft plastic of the brace, so reinforcements on the top were needed. I glued on two square brass rods with CA glue. On the lower side I added a piece of very hard foam with double-sided adhesive for further stabilisation. It remains to be seen in practice how well and how long this will hold up. However, the smartphone should not be too heavy, otherwise it will become unstable again. Also don't forget attaching a lanyard to the brace when in use, otherwise the brace could open and fall off unintentially. The smartphone holder itself is available from e.g. Amazon. The FreeCad source is included. I printed with PETG and 0.2mm layer height.
