Updated from http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:76082. This one is modified to be compatible with a GoPro Hero 3+ black edition housing. With the microphone hole in the center, and a larger hole for the USB/HDMI/SD card port. It also has build-in support for the clip, which can be cut away easily afterwards. I also raised the bump on the bottom slightly so it retains the camera also with high G-shocks being mounted on a drone. Instructions The larger hole for the USB/HDMI might be somewhat challenging during printing to close the top. It might need supports (printer dependent). After printing cut away the support part under the clip.
