A snug-fit casing for your gopro! Protects the camera without the heavy waterproof case. Ideal for mounting to UAVs, 3D printers, bikes and more! Instructions Materials 3mm thick plywood (any grade) medium or thick CA CA accelerator (like Zip Kicker) wide masking tape Tools required Laser cutter (our settings: 12mm/s at 25W) Assembling the casing Install masking tape on top of the cut area of plywood. This prevents scorching. Laser cut the 5 side pieces. Fit the pieces together. Insert the gopro into the dryfit casing. Drop some glue onto the top of each slotted joint, allowing the glue to seep into the joints. Gently slide the gopro out of the casing. Blast accelerator over the glued joints; one spray per side is plenty. For a better looking case, you can sand and paint the outside before laser cutting!
