GoPro Hero 5/6/7 helmet case - split design.

This is a GoPro Hero 5/6/7 case designed for chin mounting on a helmet. (Designed for my 7 Black, but should fit the others!) The open USB/HDMI port allows you to have the GoPro external microphone dongle plugged in. If you want to make it weatherproof, it's possible to seal the mic dongle cable against the case with hot glue. When you undo the case and slide the camera out, the camera will unplug from the mic which is fixed to your helmet. When you're done, slide it back in and it plugs in! If your GoPro thumbscrew is in it's default orientation, it will foul the bottom case screw - meaning you have to unscrew the thumbscrew to get the case apart. If you're using a gopro bracket of some kind, I recommend flipping it round, so the thumbscrew comes out the ports side The screws are 2x flanged hex head M3x5mm. There is a counter sink - so if you want to use countersink screws, you'll probably need shorter than 5mm. Test fit and make sure they don't dig into the camera! The screw's thread should self tap the hole easily, but be careful to not overtighten. I would recommend ABS over PLA, but both will work. UPDATED DESIGN: - I opened up the front of the case more, to expose more of the GoPro for better cooling. - There is more material around the screw flange, for more strength. - Mounting prongs are now shorter, providing more strength but still allowing the same amount of rotation. - Some corner radiuses reduced for better printability.
