When the GoPro Hero8 is brand new, the battery lid is very hard to open. Thanks to feedback from users, I know now that this is also the case for newer models. You can either use your thumbnail and have a good chance to break it, or you can use a screw driver and get the first scratches into your new expensive toy before you have even taken it out for the first adventure recordings.

This small tool works very well for me.

Use at your own risk.

Print instructions

I have printed mine in PETG from DasFilament.de with 100% infill. I did not try PLA, but I guess that would work even better as it is harder than PETG.

I do not recommend to use someone else's gcodes, as you never know what it orders your printer to do and it can easily cause damage. Always slice downloaded models yourself to be on the safe side! I include my gcode as reference only. Please note that this is for an Ender3Pro with BLtouch, I have no idea what it would do on any Prusa printers. (For such a coarse tool like this part, I did not see a reason to use my nice Prusa printers, so I left it to the cheaper Creality Ender3Pro, which does also produce very reasonable print quality for its price.)
