With this microphone holder you can transform a simple lav mic into a custom handle complete with your own custom flag if you so choose. I included an IGES file if you want to modify the file and/or add your own text. Extra Items required: 018 O-Ring 3/4" ID, 7/8" OD, 1/16" Width (8) Camera compatible lav mic. Handle is designed to allow for 3.5MM jack (1) Removable adhesive such as hot-glue if you want to remove the microphone. Use epoxy or super glue if you want it to stay attached forever. Print Settings Printer Brand: Ultimaker Printer: Ultimaker 2 Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Doesn't Matter Resolution: whatever you want Infill: 10-20% Post-Printing Items needed are: 018 O-Ring 3/4" ID, 7/8" OD, 1/16" Width (8) 2 mic-clips 1 flag/body or flag and body (together) depending on your print preference. The assembly is pretty straight forwards. Glue the handle and body together if required. Take the microphone and run the cable through the handle so that the cord sticks out the bottom and the microphone sticks out the top. Secure the microphone to the clip with adhesive of your choice. I do recommend before you attach the bottom clip that you leave a little wire inside so you can pull the clips off should the microphone become damaged. The O-rings roll on into the groves and do not require glue although a dot of CA glue stops them rolling off. Text can be added various ways, either by paint, stencil, sticker or being put onto the STL in a program like Meshmixer. Choice is yours :)!
