For a project, we needed a Pan-Tilt mount for a GoPro Camera - so we 3D Printed one! The waterproof plastic case for the camera bolts straight too the mounting. It includes grooves for rubber O rings to seal the sections against water ingress. We drove it using micro-geared motors sourced on eBay which rotate at about 30rpm and used a 4 channel controller for an electric garage door to move it around. It could possibly do with being beefed up a bit as you get a bit of vibration in the image sometimes - but it works OK. Ideal if you want to fly your GoPro from a kite for example.
