No linkages gives a smooth tilt with zero play. It also has the awesome ability to look straight down ! Instructions Watch the presentation video:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cGfxn7FXdyY Print, build and fly! I printed my parts with 20% infill, made them strong with low weight. Servo used: Turnigy MG930 Digital Metal Gear Servo 3.6kg / 26g / 0.14sec (a round servo horn was included when i last bought this servo) http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/__9391__Turnigy_MG930_Digital_Metal_Gear_Servo_3_6kg_26g_0_14sec.html The "top" piece grabs the "dji f450 flame wheel"s top plate, that is for reducing vibration. Also the top piece can be used to mount fpv gear on. On mine i have a power filter and a video transmitter. Two bolts and nuts are needed to mount the top and bottom pieces to the frame. It is possible to adjust the position of the mount, if you do not wish to have the arms in the corners at all. However i like to be able to see the arms in the corners when flying, and by just tilting down a couple of degrees they are gone... I use some tiny screws to mount the round servo horn to the bottom piece. But i think glue will work just fine. The servo is just screwed to the "gopro" part. And do use locktite when fasten the horn/mount to the servo, you don't want that to come off. To fasten the gopro to the mount, use "textile elastic band", it is strong and will not break. Also by just using a shorter elastic band i think even the new Gopro 3 will fit. The knot you make on the elastic band should be forward, and then the elastic band should go back through the inside of teh mount when fasten the gopro. The legs are very simple, they just snap on. The sketchup file also includes some other experimental parts, upwards tiltable, and foam anti vibration parts etc.. Happy flying !
