GoPro mount replacement

This is a replacement for a GoPro mount. I don't know which mount exactly. Also the parts are probably not scaled perfectly - since we had to adjust for ABS shrinkage we scaled both of them up by 5% before printing. Theoretically, if you print in something less shrinking it should be enough. If anyone requires them, I can maybe post the Solidworks files. Print Settings Printer: Kossel 2020 Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.1-0.2 Infill: 50% Notes: I printed the lower bracket part (Unterseite) with supports such that the biggest part of the model hits the plate and the big horizontal hole is on top. I rotated it -90° around the x-axis. Shell settings: 4 solid bottom + top layers 3 shells Nozzle: 0.3mm nozzle - the model is not designed with a specific extrusion width in mind. It should be printable by nearly any nozzle. Support settings in Simplify3D were: Infill 30% Extra inflation Distance: 1,4mm Dense support layers: 3 Horizontal offset: 0.7mm - better more than less Upper vertical separation layers: 2 - shoulda been 1 Post-Printing Not required Post-process the parts with Acetone. This will make it much stronger - this model only exists because the original part broke on first (!) use. You really don't want to break more than a few :) It will generally make the parts last longer since there are no more loose strings around which can, like clothes, pull away more strings if you don't have perfect layer adhesion etc.
