Basic camera mount for top mount on a quadcopter, 25 degree cam angle. Use 2 sided tape and zip ties for attachment, and a battery strap for fastening the camera to the mount. Use some grippy foam tape on the mounting surface if you want to help the camera stay in place better in crashes. This mount is 36mm wide, so it should fit within the width of most racing drone top plates. It sets a little high, the quad I made it for needed prop clearance to keep the corners of my GoPro safe, should still work fine for any other frame. If you want it, message me and I'll send you the part file for Solidworks. Update 8/23/16 Added second file labeled V5 that has a pass through for a second strap for extra security. We won't talk about why... The single strap works fine until you crash in wet grass and your so-called "grippy" strap gets wet. Update 8/23/16 Added a few pics of the V2 mount and added a V6 file. The V6 makes better use of strap length. I honestly have a tinkering problem and should seek help. I'll post pics of strap routing for that one soon. Update 12/3/16 Deleted obsolete versions, will have finalized(ish) version to upload soon. I recommend printing it flat on its back so it doesn't require expansive bridging.
