This is a sturdy, low profile gopro mount. It has been designed to fit in the bike stem, so you have to unscrew the cap, put the support (acts as a 1cm spacer) and screw again the stem. Sturdy, low profile, to avoid getting stabbed with the cam in the chest. You need a nut to fit in the support (the same that comes with the gopro standard supports). Also, you need the gopro screw (you know, the standard one). The support has been acuraterly measured, so it fits property in a standard mtb and road stem bike.
