GoPro Style Buckle Mount with Flat Top

I got really annoyed that I couldn't use the GoPro style buckle mount for anything other than something that used that GoPro knuckle mount, which is tall, rotates, and requires a screw. So I drew this up, and I uploaded the source so you can further customize the top of this to be whatever you need, or just use the flat top and it can be glued or use the same double stick adhesive as the bottom plates.
