This is my 360° Gopro time lapse device, part bought part printed. I first bought an egg timer from the shop Tiger for £2http://www.tigerstores.co.uk/tiger_home/kitchen/egg-shaped_timer_1600221.html I then pulled the top off and measured up the interface to the clockwork bottom and designed my own top to include the well known Gopro attachment. In order to print on my Ultimaker i split it into two parts and glued together after. Once glued it sits nicely on the bottom part ready for your Gopro to be screwed on. 1 full turn on the egg timer is exactly an hour which it completes smoothly. There's even a handy alarm once finished. One thing i didn't plan for but found quite by accident was the hole on the bottom of the egg timer that screws perfectly onto a standard camera tripod fitting. Video of how smooth it is here:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lTw31RoVU7U&feature=youtu.be Print Settings Printer Brand: Ultimaker Printer: Ultimaker 2 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 or less Infill: 100% Notes: These settings made for a successful print first time. The 'bottom.stl' was printed with the flat top on the build plate so as not to need support. I then joined the two parts using off the shel super glue.
