Gothic Stained Glass Window

This is a gothic cathedral window with a simple stained glass pattern. The glass pieces are made from different colours of translucent PLA. The individual pieces snap fit into the stone window frame. Instructions This thing was made on a MakerBot Replicator 2 using PLA. No scaling is required. All pieces are printed in standard resolution. Try to print the long glass pieces vertically on the build platform and use rafts. This will give you the best transparency. The smaller glass were printed flat on the build platform, but you can try those vertically too. Use 100% infill for the smaller glass pieces. Use whatever variety of translucent colours you have. Once you have printed them, they fit snuggly into the respective holes in the stone frame. You may have to sand some the edges a bit to make them fit. The smaller pieces are the hardest to handle.
