TPU Modular Respirator/Mask. Obviously I can make no warranty/claims about the effectiveness of the prints you make of this device. Use at your own risk. Recommend: Print the mask in TPU and use weather sealant / neoprene strips around the edges for additional seal and comfort. Print the included custom filter module (or your own module) in a harder material with enough skin layers (6+) to be air tight. Parts can be additionally sealed with FDA approved food-safe silicone or epoxy. The strapping loops will ideally connect to an adjustable head harness on top and elastic/rubber strapping on the bottom. I have included the original CAD (Fusion360) file so that the mask size and fit can be adjusted without altering the module port dimensions. In most cases you should just be able to edit the first sketch to the dimensions of your face.
