Gprint Box is an open source 3D printer that can be easily built in your backyard with minimal tools and some pre-printed hardware. With a robust all steel frame, this device is virtually indestructible and can withstand harsh environments. The frame and build volume are highly scalable. As designed, it measures 20.5 inches square but can be collapsed into a compact 4 inch tall box. If you have any questions, please email me at gabe.medina@gprintinitiative.org. Alternatively, if you lack CAD software, you can access the design through this link: https://cad.onshape.com/documents/79aabf820218461d02a0175e/w/3afa53a7a5026bea2050e45a/e/e1f5eaa7a9c206526647ba92. Print Settings Printer: GPrint Box Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Yes Resolution: .2 Notes: I use supports for the extruder motor bracket only, as all other parts can be printed without them.
