This mount is a replacement for the fragile mast mount included with the HobbyKing S-500 quadcopter kit. Print Settings Printer Brand: LulzBot Printer: Mini Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: .2mm Infill: does not matter Notes: I used ABS with the Lulzbot "High Speed" profile. Custom Section Design Considerations The GPS mast mount of the HobbyKing S-500 quadcopter is fragile to say the least. Mine broke the first time I tipped the aircraft over so I created this in DS Mechanical. Has held up very well so far. I will redesign and post any changes that may be needed if it fails. A 2M set screw holds the mast firmly in-place. Two 3M screws with lock nuts appear to be enough to hold the device on the airframe.
