Grab-Bot

Grab-Bot

This is the second in my line of Bot-Shoppe robots. This robot is a single-armed heavy lifter. He has one arm and an offset head for a nice, asymmetrical design. Printed in multiple parts, the STL files contain the suggested colors. But of course you can print them however you like. This robot has a ball-jointed shoulder to allow you to glue it in almost any position, and two alternate hands, one with two fingers, and one with three, for your preference. You can see by the photos that it scales well. It was originally meant for the smaller scale and stands just over an inch tall. But printed at 2x, it is just as nice or nicer. Instructions Grab-Bot is made using a similar aesthetic to Tread-Bot. He has organic shapes for his body and head, but more mechanical shapes in other areas. The juxtaposition of the two makes for an interesting design. He is designed to be glued together. There are no moving parts.
