This part was used to replace a broken bracket on my Grado headphones. It is the part that holds one of the speakers to the headband. It fits my Grado Labs Alessandro headphones perfectly. Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Prusa i3 rework Rafts: No Supports: Doesn't Matter Infill: 30 Notes: This part prints well without support. If you like you can add support for a better finish but it doesn't change much. I printed at 30% infill and it is very strong, and still flexible enough to stretch into place.
