I whipped up this design in about 20 minutes using Onshape, just to hold a cylinder that had lost its base - it's roughly 100ml with a diameter of around 29.5mm. Print Settings are as follows: I used a 3D Systems Cube printer, running on a hacked-up Cubify Cube with a Ramps board and Repetier firmware installed. Rafts and supports were both turned off to streamline the print process. Resolution was set at .24, while infill percentage came in at 20%. Notes for this design include the fact that I'm still tweaking my printer, which is now running on custom hardware after replacing its original board with a Ramps setup. If you're interested in upgrading your own Cube to run a Titan Extruder, be sure to check out some of my other designs for tips on swapping out the X axis components.
