The options used were picture orientation set to horizontal, no include hole, text reverse off, a 10mm hole diameter, large pane size, 12 layers, zero text vertical position, standard picture shape, image file "lithopane_new20140208-20722-1du67kr-0.dat", and blank text lines 1 to 4 with a text size of 10 and layer height 0.2.
