At first, please pay attention, the FC have to be installed in the right way! Tail of the Frame has small notch for the powercable, so you can see what is front and back. If you don't do it in the right way the FC board is not right in the middle of the Frame! This is a self designed true X frame for the Graupner Alpha 110 FPV Copter. You can take all electronics out of the Alpha and put it into my Frame. It's 100mm diagonal from motor to motor. It is flying better then the original Graupner Frame, very agile and you can fly more agressive maneuvers :) With some tuning motors it will be very exciting! You can choose from 3 Frames. The different ist the thickness. There are 3mm, 2.5mm and 2mm. Also you can choose from 2 Topplates. There are 1.5mm and 1mm. It's your choice between weight and stability ;) I made it in the lightest version 2mm Frame and 1mm Topplate. In this configuration the weight is 44g without lipo. The lipo tkes place on the bottom. There ist also a tool to press in the motors, with this simple tool it is much easier ;) you can use it for all 8520 Motors. You also need to build it: 4x M3x10 plastic screw 4x 1,9x3x5 o-ring (softmount FC) 4x M3 in/out x 10 stand off 8x M3 plastic nut some 2 or 3mm thick adhasive foam a little piece of double sided adhasive foam tape (3M) to mount the cam and a little bit foam as protection for the cam. cable tie, or rubber band. Das Heck des Frames hat eine Kerbe. Wird der FC verkehrt herum eingebaut sitzt das Board nicht genau mittig. Dies ist ein selbsdesignter true X Rahmen für den Graupner Alpha 110. Sämtliche Elektronik kann vom Original übernommen werden. FC, Kamera, VTX, Motoren. Der Rahmen hat eine diagonale von Motor zu Motor von 100mm. Er ist agiler und agressiver zu fliegen als das original. Nutzt man Tuning Motoren geht er noch besser los. Hier stehen 3 Frames zu Verfügung, die sich in ihrer Stärke unterscheiden. Zur Auswahl stehen 3mm. 2,5mm oder 2mm. Auch die Deckplatte gibt es in 2 Stärken 1,5mm und 1mm. So kann man wählen ob man mehr Stabilität möchte oder lieber ein paar Gramm leichter. In der leichtesten Version 2mm Rahmen und 1mm Deckplatte bei den unten angegebenen Druckparametern bringt er ohne Lipo 44g auf die Waage. Der Lipo wird an die Unterseite des Frames geschnallt. Außerdem befindet sich unter den Druck Dateien noch ein Motoreinpress Werkzeug. Damit ist es einfacher die Motoren in den Rahmen zu drücken. Es funktioniert für alle 8520 Bürstenmotoren. Was man noch zum Bau benötigt: 4x M3x10 Plastik Schraube 4x 1,9x3x5 o-ring (softmount FC) 4x M3 in/außen Gewinde x 10mm Höhe 8x M3 Kunststoff Mutter kleines Stück 2 oder 3mm dickes selbstklebendes Schaumgummi, etwas geschäumtes doppelseitiges Klebeband z.B. von 3M um die Kamera anzubringen und dazu noch etwas Schaumstoff zum Schutz der Kamera. Kabelbinder, oder Gummibänder zu Lipo Befestigung. Wer Positionslichter vorn und hinten möchte, kann die vorderen Led Anschlüsse dafür nutzen, da diese dauernd leuchten. Für die Heckleuchte befindet sich ein Halter für eine 3mm LED in der Deckplatte, vorne reicht es sie einfach um 90 Grad angewinkelt einzubauen. Das Motoreinpresswerkzeug hilft beim vorsichtigen eindrücken der Motoren. Bitte auf die Kabel achten! Um die Motrren wieder zu entnehme vorsichtig eine Zange einsetzen und den Motor mit Gefühl oben an der Kante greifen. Auf den Bildern wird jeder Bauschritt gezeigt.
