Update 4/11/2019 Added rectangular model to help with stability and give the pets more space to drink from. Updated 12/12/17 Added V3 with rounded inside corners to prevent dirt build up, but added back flat bottom to optimize print time and volume. Updated 11/27/2017 Rounded the bowl to prevent dirt buildup, cleaned up the area around the connection. This is a gravity fed dog water bowl. Print it out with some extra layers (I used 5 top/bottom layers), fill up a standard 20oz or 2L soda bottle with water, carefully flip the bowl and screw it onto the bottle securely. When you are ready to set it down, flip the whole bottle upside down and set on a flat surface. The water should fill the bowl a little more than halfway, gradually re-filling as your dog drinks.
