Designed and fabricated a gravity vehicle for the state Science Olympiad tournament in 2019. Ended up scrapping the double sided gear brake mechanism because it removed too much momentum from the car. Replaced with an cylinder that used friction to slow the wing nut and prevent skewing when the brake bit.
