"By the power of...", you get the idea. Kid sized cosplay sword, made for a friend. Had a two inch long toy piece as a reference. Print two of each half, assemble and glue together for best appearance. NOTE: This is kid sized but not necessarily kid safe, while I have blunted the tip it can still be hazardous. Print Settings Printer Brand: MakerBot Printer: MakerBot Replicator Z18 Rafts: Yes Supports: Yes Resolution: .2 Infill: 0.1 Post-Printing Assembly Print two of each half. Glue sword blade together first, I recommend a good solvent glue or epoxy. Next glue the hilt over the blade, wrap rubber bands over the hilt ends. Glue the handle parts together before attaching it to the hilt/sword piece, I was in a hurry on my first sword and the handle split apart because the glue hadn't finished setting up. If the pieces warp a little you can use a hair dryer or heat gun to soften the plastic and remove the warp.
