Just stuff the bearing thoroughly with lithium grease, then put the cap on one end and push in the corresponding rod from the other end to force the grease into the cavities. Remove unneeded grease on the outside, then make sure not to get any dirt into the bearings before mounting. See the attached pdf file for more detail.
