Great Western Trail - card holder with holes

Adjusted the card holder trays of user "tvkili" by adding holes at the bottom for faster printing times, less material usage and slightly lighter trays. (with layer height of 0.2mm about ~1h less printining time for all 3 files) I printed all three .stl files witch a y-scaling of 101% .. make it 66.66mm instead of 66mm because I sleeved the cards. The cards still have enough room to fit in the box. Infill: 12.5% Layer Height: 0.2mm Support: no Y-Scaling: 101% (X and Z scaling at 100%!)
