Great Western Trail (Second Edition) Organizer / Insert

This is a full insert for the second edition of Great Western Trail. The design goal was to make an insert that fits all 2nd Edition components with minimal filament cost and print time. The player boards serve as lids for the player component trays. I printed these at layer heights of .48-.64mm on a 8mm nozzle w/ 10% infill, using a total of 725g of PLA filament. Designed for the German 'Eggert Spiele' edition that has an interior space of 287x287x68mm (approx. 11x11x2.6in). Components have a good deal of play, but I don't know about the fit for other editions. Fits sleeved cards (See last edit!). Should also fit First Edition. Might have room for the upcoming expansion. FOR A REGULAR INSERT YOU ONLY NEED: 4x gwt2E_PLAYERTRAY 3x gwt2E_CARDS 1x gwt2E_BAGS_SCORING 3x gwt2E_TOKENS (Optional for a more snug fit: 2x gwt2E_SPACER) FOR SMALLER BUILD VOLUMES (Ender3 etc.) Instead of "PLAYERTRAY", print: 4x gwt2E_PLAYERS_CUT_RIGHT_4x 4x gwt2E_PLAYERS_CUT_LEFT_4x Very small .2mm tolerance. Combine pieces with heat or hammer and you will likely need no glue. NOTE ON TOKEN TRAYS The regular stackable token tray model needs careful supports for the bottom rim. If you want to print without supports, print 3x gwt2E_TOKENS_PLAIN All files come in .3mf and .stl versions. I recommend .3mf. edit: corrected size for spacer edit: added player tray version with slightly higher tolerance. If the player boards won't quite fit, for an easier (but also less stable) fit, try slicing "exclusive" instead of "middle" in Cura. edit: added the files: gwt2E_PLAYERS_CUT_LEFT_SLEEVED gwt2E_PLAYERTRAY_SLEEVED gwt2E_CARDS_SLEEVED Use these to make sure sleeved cards fit. edit: Added playertray_middlesplit for even smaller build volumes.
