Greek and Persian Triremes

These are based on Captain Ahab's 1/1200 trireme model,rescaled to 1/2400 and based on 30mm square bases in groups of three or four. They are intended for use with ancient fleet level wargaming rules. The models have been modified to show a difference between aphract and cataphract types, Sails are mostly not included since ancient galleys rarely deployed them in action. However, some stands have a ship with raised sail which can be used to denote flagships and command stands.
