Green Dragon in Flight

A model of a Green Dragon in the style of Dungeons and Dragons 3.5. High poly model was sculpted in Blender using dynamic topology, and then the model was retopologized by hand for optimization. Two UV maps were created for two material sets, one for the body as a whole, and another for the thinner membranes, teeth, and eyes. Normal maps were then baked. Rigging involved the use of inverse kinematics for the limbs, and copy rotation was employed along the neck and tail for ease of posing. Texturing was done in Substance Painter and the maps were imported into Blender for final editing to the model and its pose.
