This is a complete system modeled for the Greenworks 80v Electric Grass Trimmer. It may also work for other brands of trimmer. The trimmer core was modeled for an M10x1.25mm Left Hand Nut. I had to special order one from ebay. UPDATE: Bottom_Plate_1.1 combines the bottom plate and the core spacer into one piece. Should make for easier installation. Print all parts in ABS at 100% infill for maximum strength. You will require: +1@ M10x1.25 Left Hand Nut +3@ 3/4" Hex bolts and locking washers +3@ 120mmBlade +1@ Trimmer_plate_top +1@ Bottom_Plate_1.1 +1@ Trimmer_core Assemble the top and bottom plates using hex nuts/bolts and blades. Install the M10 nut in the core. Push the core through the center hole. Attach to trimmer. UPDATE: After using this a bit the design works great. I did however bounce the blades off a concrete block and broke the ABS blades. Maybe Nylon would be a better option?
