Gregs Wade Autolevel + Fan mount

I designed a mounting for an inductive sensor (12mm) + an fan. The fan mount has a width of 7mm. I use this mounting on my gregs wade extruder with an E3D V6 hotend. The distance between the nozzle and the middle point of the sensor is circa 33mm. PS. I also attached an fan adapter which can be used with this fan:http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:30721 Update V2: The last version was not stable enough.
