Hey! I designed this because I bought some DeArmond Dynasonics for my Gretsch Streamliner G2420T, to cover the holes in the wood. For the Neck Pickup just use the "Base" for the Bridge Pickup add the "Bridge Ring" onto the "Base". If the Base is to thick or to unflexible just scale it down to 0,6mm or so.
