I was printing https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4743708 but it took too long. I figured it would be faster to print the grid already assembled. This will need three designs an 8x12 array with two open ends and a 8x12 array with one open end and one with no open ends. I chose 12 across because my signs are 16x72 LED's and bacause 12 is the largest that fits on my 3d Printer. You might want to do a 8x8 design for a 16x16 LED array. I will glue the pieces together for now.
