This is a gridfinity-compatible drill bit holder for my diamond tipped glass / tile drill bits. Specificall the Baban Diamond Drill Bits set: https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B07CK8BCPW The holes are oversized by 1mm diameter to give some wiggle room for innacuracies on the printer and actual parts. The 4x 5mm holes in each corner are to allow lids / extra plates to be mounted on top in the future.
